Each Private Session is 30-45 minutes, and is a blend of coaching and consulting. It can be held in person or by phone, for individuals and for couples. If by phone, I'll call then so they won't have a long distance charge. 

Private Session Menu: They can choose from Body Mind Therapies, Holistic Health, self-care, Tai Chi, Inner Child work, empathic listening, communication for home and work, Real Conversations, and creative expression. Sessions that are in person can include Rebirthing, Rapid Eye Technology, and Healing the Past, a 3 month clearing of subconscious programs.
