Each Private Session is 30 minutes, and is a blend of coaching and consulting. It can be held in person or by phone, for individuals and for couples. If by phone, I'll call you so you won't have a long distance charge.  While some people only need one session, most like to commit to 3-6 months to give themselves optimal transformation. Payment is monthly through Paypal, and can be cancelled at the end of any month. Longer sessions are available.

Private Session Menu: You can choose from Body Mind Therapies, Holistic Health, self-care, Tai Chi, Inner Child work, empathic listening, communication for home and work, Real Conversations, and creative expression. Sessions that are in person can include Rebirthing, Rapid Eye Technology, and Healing the Past, a 3 month clearing of subconscious programs.
