I know there’s Something that loves me and us and is working for me. Not to make life easy, but to make the challenges doable.

Success is great.
You’ve built something extraordinary.
You know how to make decisions, manage risk, stay focused, and remain composed when everyone else is losing their head.
You’ve learned to keep emotion from interfering with performance. And it works.
But there may be a part of your life where that same discipline does not serve you.
At the end of the day, when the meetings are over, the decisions have been made, and you’re alone with yourself…you may quietly wonder: "Is this all there is?"
Because financial success can give you freedom, influence, and almost unlimited choice. But it can’t, by itself, give you intimacy. It can’t give you a deep sense of being known. And it can’t fill the part of you that longs to feel fully alive.
Perhaps the question isn’t whether you must choose between success and heart.
Perhaps there is another way. A way to have extraordinary achievement without sacrificing your inner life.
That’s what I invite you to explore.
Let’s find out what becomes possible when success and a deeply fulfilling inner life no longer have to be separate.
Many successful women quietly carry a belief that once they achieve enough… the deeper pain inside them will disappear.
But success cannot heal what happened before success ever existed. Many high-achieving women learned very early in life to become strong, capable, and responsible.
Congratulations! You are successful!
You have built your empire.
Dedicated yourself.
Focused, sacrificed, done the hard things. Acquired strength. Not many have done this. You are rare.
You have proven yourself.
After my 6-year-old granddaughter wrote in two journals, she said to me in a very serious, teaching tone:
“Grandma, what’s more important? My journal about what I do, or my journal about my feelings?
My journal about my feelings is WAY, WAY more important!”
From the mouth of babes.
Even after 40 years of facilitating Inner Child work, she reminded me of something that is easy to overlook—especially when you are highly accomplished. Your external life can be extraordinarily successful while your inner life is quietly asking for your attention.
Feelings are not distractions from what matters. They are information. They point toward our needs—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
And when those needs are understood and met, life works differently. There is more clarity. More vitality. Better relationships. Less internal friction. More capacity to experience the life you worked so hard to create. In fact, many of the problems we experience are signals of an unmet need.
We understand this with a high-performance machine. We know what it requires, what signals to watch, and what happens when something is neglected. Yet we can be far less attentive to the human being operating the machine.
You may know exactly what your company needs. You may know what your investments need. You may know what your family, your employees, and the people around you need.
But do you know what you need? Do you recognize the signals your feelings are giving you? Do you know what your body, emotions, mind, and deeper self are asking for? And when you know, do you know how to respond?
This is the work I have devoted my life to.
I call it Real Conversations with Your Inner Child—a way of listening to the part of you that feels, needs, and knows things that your highly capable, accomplished mind may have learned to override.
Because when you have already mastered so much of the external world, the next level may not be about achieving more. It may be about knowing yourself more deeply and living from that knowledge.
I know there’s Something that loves me and us and is working for me. Not to make life easy, but to make the challenges doable.
