Get a Support Buddy

By  Bess McCarty

Research recently conducted by psychology professor Dr. Gail Matthews shows that people who wrote down their goals, shared this information with a friend, and sent weekly updates to that friend were on average 33% more successful in accomplishing their stated goals than those who merely formulated goals!

How to Work With Your Support Buddy:

1) Write your goals and strategies on a nice piece of paper or in a journal.
Write beside each one how often you want to do it, or a deadline for it to be done.
Write each item into your planning calendar on the appropriate day.

2) Get a buddy from your company, or from another MLM so you can learn from each other.
Share your goals and time frames.  Hear their’s.
Agree to support each other a few minutes weekly, perhaps by phone:

3) At your weekly meetings:
Report which goals were done, troubleshoot any challenges you ran into, and celebrate your successes!

To solve your challenges, you can use Bess’s Real Conversations coaching process

My Buddy and I have become friends, and look forward to our weekly sessions where we share our goals, challenges, and successes. I’m much more motivated and empowered. I recommend it highly! ~ Phil Eldred, MLM Millionaire Club member

There is nothing quite so sacred and beautiful as that moment of working with a person who has a personal and spiritual transformation, as a certain magic happens that is beyond us both."
