Well, a downline without a “Why” is like a ship with no wind in it’s sails! Or a car with no gas.
You can set goals and strategies, you can call up and hold them accountable, but without a strong reason, dream, and commitment, where is the energy?
A “Why” brings the ingredient of passion.
As a coach, I see client after client zoom to reach their dreams after we do their “Why” exercise: An income just like they wanted… What was only imagined becomes real… Stress lifted from the family at last…. Victory on the other side.
Here’s how you can help your team get their “Why”:
Ask them their values, what’s important to them in their life? What do they wish for? Long for more of?
Network Marketing can likely help them get it, whether it’s time with family, money for a special cause, or the need to make a difference in the world.
Today I spoke with a wise woman who I taught classes with at Body Mind College in San Diego a few years back. She said you can ask most people, “What’s most important to you in your life?” And they have to stop and think. Nobody ever asked them that. Least of all, themselves!
It WILL be unique to each person!
