At the same time, it’s a start, not a finish line. It’s like getting married; now is the rest of the journey, which rewards even more work. Like a garden one has the opportunity to nurture, water, and weed.
When I hear the 90 days of recruiting results, I always wonder, “What happened after that?” Like an unfinished novel, I wonder!
I’d like to hear reports in another 90 days from these same people: How many of their new recruits emerged as Golden distributors?
After 90 days of followup: Getting them started right, like baby garden plants, protecting them from predators, weeds, the elements. From negative people, lack of skills, or their own fears or discouragement. Warning them, teaching them, encouraging them.
Maybe you will be surprised which turn out to be the Golden Ones. It will be a small % of your recruits.
Isn’t this the TRUE measure of your business?
Let’s celebrate the beginning steps of recruiting. But let the GOAL be to find and develop the Golden Ones. Who duplicate themselves 3 levels down. Don Failla says that’s when you know you’ve duplicated yourself. Let’s keep our eyes on that. And talk about that, and report that. How about letting us know every 90 days your latest story?
